Hi Everyone, I’m urgently looking for a room/granny flat/self-contained unit to rent in Northpark & surrounding areas. I’m a single 49 year-old male, non-smoker & non-drinker. I’m the perfect tenant, ‘cos I’ll take good care of your property.
