Mature Flatmate wanted, $240pw includes all bills - Windsor Park

4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
On bus routes; nr Constellation Dr bus station for City, the Shore & West; malls, beaches, cafes

Looking for friendly mature (preferably female, but would consider a male) flatmate to move in to our home with us. Preferably someone who is working.

Current flatmates: 2 existing flatmates. Two prof women (60, 23) and two cats. 23yo lives in bedsit under house, only comes up for food and to do laundry :-)

We have a lovely deck, outdoor furniture and barbecue - great for summer entertainment.

Double bedroom, with ranchsliders out to balcony.

Double wardrobe, built in double cupboard. Queen bed w drawers under, tallboy & wire basket drawers.

We get our lawns mowed, but we clean our own home. So household cleaning/chores are shared.

Must like cats.

$240 pw rent: includes bills - power, unlimited broadband, water, lawn mowing (one less chore for us).

Move in costs 1 week in advance ($240), plus 2 weeks bond ($480) = $720

No other pets - no smokers/vapers.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
