WANTED AN EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER TO Assess the RENTAL charged in respect of A LOWER NORTH SHORE FLAT
This must be an independant property manager from a small operation and not from one of the Licenced Real Estate Groups like Ray White, Harcourts or Barfoots. It would also be better if the party concerned also sells real estate but not for a major group.
The task Involves an inspection and meeting followed up with a written assessment of what the property should have rented for 3 years ago and currently.
