Spouting issues???

Nick Jenness from Nick The Builder

Howdy Neighbours

Who's having issues with overflowing and block spouting?
I certainly am....or should I say was.
Our current place had a Klass Fascia with an internal gutter system and with all the heavy rain we are having, it would back up and overflow into the soffits and eventually flow into the house.
I've have just upgraded the system with "Marley Typhoon" gutter system. This system has a very large water capacity and the option of externally mounted brackets which make it really easy to clean out the leaves etc. It also comes in a few different colour schemes which is great.
We had the first real test last Thursday and it performed perfectly.
No more sleepless nights when it's raining 👍

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
