Caroline Bartle, Ryman’s Dementia Care and Innovations Lead, says that using appropriate language when referring to people with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia can foster a more inclusive society. Come and soothe body and mind with a small group for a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. The sessions develop the skill to meet our anxiety with care and compassion to loosen it up and find more courage in the face of our challenges.
