Hi neighbours. I said I would keep you all posted if any new info came to light about the future of the old villa at 59 Spring St, Onehunga. A resource consent application proposes development of 31 terraced houses across two properties – 59 and 61A Spring Street. The old villa would be relocated. No decisions have been made and the resource consent application is still in the very early stages of processing. However, do you have any concerns about the proposal or relocation of the old villa? My name is Katya Narkulova. I am a swimming instructor with 2 years experience and I have my level 3 teaching in Aquatics qualification. I have been involved in competitive swimming, water polo and synchronised swimming from age of 8. I am passionate about teaching people to have confidence in the water and to improve their swimming ability, either socially or praperation for competition.
