My God daughter just found this guy on Blockhouse Bay Rd near New Windsor Road intersection, she will take him to either Avian vet or Bird Rescue if you message me and prove he's yours I will forward information, he has been injured a lot of Feathers missing on the neck.UPDATE PARROT SADLY DIED BEFORE WE COULD GET HIM HELP,
