Welcome to our new massage therapist Jo Boardman
We are very pleased to welcome Jo Boardman to the team.
Jo graduated from New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine with a Diploma in Wellbeing and Relaxation Massage. This is in addition to her specific certificates in Sports Massage Therapy and Advanced Sports Massage Therapy.
Jo is keen to know as much about the anatomy and physiology of the body as possible in order to make her best placed to offer therapies that will help her clients with injury recovery, muscle tension release, pre sports warm up, post sports flushing and of course stress relief and relaxation. Our wellbeing is ultimately important and all too often we put ourselves last whilst looking after others first.
Jo is a keen runner with 3 marathons and countless half marathons under her belt. Paired with 30-day challenges for strength, she is strong and offers variable massage pressures to suit her client’s preferences and needs. She understands the demands of training and the frustrations of injury.
For a limited time we will be offering a free half hour massage or a half price one hour massage to any clients new to her for massage therapy.
