As reported in the Post, thereâs a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need đȘđ°đȘ
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship â like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Cycad needs new Home!
We are about to get the outside of our house painted - and have decided this Cycad needs to go. I've started the recommended process for transplanting - trimming a portion of the fronds - but note that the best results require the move to new location to be as fast as possible. Before I start the root bulb work, is anyone local interested? I see they are listed at hundreds of $$ - but happy to discuss. It needs to go.
