Team Leader, Residential Marketing specialist from Team Michael Ellse - Ray White

Again we have been recognized as ELITE Performer within the Ray White group for outstanding sales making the top 11% of sales persons nationally ๐Ÿ†

We were proud to receive this top award from our company this week.

This is a massive achievement and something that does not come lightly and this is achieved through a wealth of talent within our team that offers over 40 years of Real Estate experience across the Eastern Beaches of Auckland (and sometimes further afield)!

We want to thank everyone connected with our business, family, friends and clients for your trust and the opportunity of working with you in achieving the best possible results in the shortest possible time frame and helping you make that next move in life.

Your success is our success, thanks everyone. ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ†

Poll: Should complete designs be shared with the public, or should the community help shape the designs from the start?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post recently shared an opinion piece on the Harbour Crossing and why a more democratic approach might be needed ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿšฒ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ

While most decisions sit within the political arena, many organisationsโ€”like NZTAโ€”manage long-term projects that go beyond party lines. Politics can sometimes disrupt progress, and the next Harbour Crossing is a big decision that will affect all Aucklanders.

Weโ€™d love your thoughts: Should near-complete, shovel-ready designs be shared with the public, or should the community have a hand in shaping the designs from the start?

Poll: ๐Ÿค– What skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Reserve Bank has shared some pretty blunt advice: thereโ€™s no such thing as a โ€œsafeโ€ job anymore ๐Ÿ›Ÿ๐Ÿ˜‘

Robots are stepping into repetitive roles in factories, plants and warehouses. AI is taking care of the admin tasks that once filled many mid-level office jobs.

We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

Carpet inspection needed

Karen from Saint Johns

Hi
I've just had new carpet laid throughout my house. I'm not happy with the result, as pieces don't match where they should, and in a hallway there are 5 joins where should not have been more than two. The supplier says there's nothing wrong. I would like a professional carpet person to look at it for an independent assessment. Does anyone know of someone who could do this?
