Qualified ECE / Primary Teacher
Our centre is centrally located in Penrose, Auckland close to train and bus links. Our owners have been involved in childcare since 2001 and have daily input to the running of the centre. Our focus is on great communication with families and we are part of a lovely local community. We share a strong relationship with our local school and enjoy regular interactions. Our modern facility is purpose-built and caters for all ages groups. Under 2's enjoy a separate playground and we are fortunate to have a very large over 2's playground which backs onto the school. Please read our 2017 ERO report to gauge the quality of the centre.

Benefits and perks
We offer competitive rates of pay and professional development opportunities. Uniforms are supplied. Teacher registration is fully supported.
Skills and experience
We are open to either a new teacher ready to take on the challenge of an exciting career or a more experienced educator. If you are a new graduate, we will offer an all-expenses paid professional mentor to guide you through your registration process. This has been a successful venture for us over the past few years with support being offered to a number of team members. Our professional mentor has a great record and is an experienced teacher and University lecturer who has embraced her role in supporting teachers through the registration process. You will obtain full registration in a two-year period and meetings are in paid work time. If you are an experienced teacher, there are opportunities for growth and leadership roles. We require a teacher who has an NZ or equivalent qualification, NZ teacher registration and is eligible to work in NZ.
Does anybody know a place in Auckland which takes possum fur?
Hi, my neighbours
One of my friends just caught a big possum from his garden.
He wants to ask if anybody knows a place to collect possums.
Or what he should do with it.
Kind regards
Betty
Live Q&A: Garden maintenance with Crewcut
This Wednesday, we are having another Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with John Bracewell from Crewcut.
John Bracewell, former Black Caps coach turned Franchisee Development Manager and currently the face of Crewcut’s #Movember campaign, knows a thing or two about keeping the grass looking sharp—whether it’s on a cricket pitch or in your backyard!
As a seasoned Crewcut franchisee, John is excited to answer your lawn and gardening questions. After years of perfecting the greens on the field, he's ready to share tips on how to knock your garden out of the park. Let's just say he’s as passionate about lush lawns as he is about a good game of cricket!
John is happy to answer questions about lawn mowing, tree/hedge trimming, tidying your garden, ride on mowing, you name it! He'll be online on Wednesday, 27th of November to answer them all.
