The role requires co-ordination of a friendship centre, leading a small team of volunteers to provide activities, in a fun and safe environment for vulnerable older people. Centres operate from 9.30 – 1 pm during school term time with some set up and preparation time included in the hours. 6 Hours per week.$22.75 per hour plus 8% holiday. If you have compassion and ability to work with volunteers and want school holidays free for your family then this may be an ideal job for you.

Effective communication is essential
Vehicle, (mileage paid)
Loves organising activities and can come up with creative things to do
Can manage a team of volunteers.
Our preference is for employing someone local to the area.
A covid vaccination pass is essential.'
Knows the area and is happy to step in and support other centres as required (Mileage paid)
This position can be permanent in 2023
