Wanna give Froot Camp a go this week?

Look at the size of this crew! Sometimes we buddy up with our friends at FreeFit and form one huge bootcamp. This is our Saturday turnout!

We're training three times this week (as per usual): tonight (Tuesday) and Thursday 6pm-7pm and 9am Saturday.

We meet at the back of the museum - and it's free to join us. Not a cent. No tricks. Just a bunch of good people who like to make good use of the Domain to get fit.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
