While supply is up, buyers are seeking more quality housing stock. While on-the-day auction clearance rates have fallen, see serious buyers ae still attending. Auctions are a transparent way to evaluate the market value of a property, and achieve an unconditional sale. A home may not sell on the day, but the Auction Process generates interest and opens the sale up for conditional buyers.
