You touched the gold
I had buried inside
And let value shine through
I thought had died
Burning embers
Awakened trust
You sprinkled me
With fairy dust
Shafts of prisms
Preserved like treasure
Off the chart
To explore at leisure
That, although you dug
And touched the centre
My self worth
Was never yours to measure
