Safe body moves, combined with fun music make this programme a βmustβ for those wanting a friendly exercise class. Feel more energised and confident about your body image, improve coordination and posture. All levels welcome.
Our The Art of Dance classes received the ACC's Live Stronger for Longer programme tick as a strength and balance class that will help prevent falls and fractures.
