The hall is about 1m wide and 12 metres long and has a corner. The lounge, stairs and other small room carpet to come out later.
Queen size mattress in good condition
I no longer need this mattress . It comes from a smoke free home and was always used with a mattress protector. There is a faint coffee stain in one corner . You will need to pick it up from Hillsborough.
