Summer School 2025, Jan 23rd - 26th -- In person and online
Everyone is warmly invited to the annual Buddhist Summer School. The Opening Forum is free to attend on Thursday 23rd January at 6.30 pm. The speakers come from a rich diversity of backgrounds including Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, theology, visual arts, and the medical field. The opening forum will include a panel discussion with the speakers, and time for Q&A with the audience. Courses will be run in-person and via Zoom. Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
