DEPRESSION ANXIETY RECOVERY PROGRAM
Many of us will encounter depression and/or anxiety at least once in our lifetime. However, DARP offers much more than just relief from these conditions; it also assists in optimizing brain function, making it beneficial for anyone seeking improvement.
Here's what previous participants have to say about their experience with DARP:
"This was my first time participating in the program, and after 8 weeks and the second test, I no longer suffer from depression and anxiety. I'm amazed at how effective this program has been and the positive impact it's had on my life."
"Suffering from severe depression and anxiety, coping was incredibly challenging for me. Attending the weekly sessions was immensely helpful, and the readings provided valuable insights. I noticed significant improvements after starting the daily diary and incorporating linseed into my routine. This program has truly changed my life – my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved."
The results are undeniable:
• Over 10,000 participants worldwide have successfully completed DARP.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
