Auckland Council local boards have youth scholarships available for rangatahi!
Auckland Council local boards have youth scholarships available for rangatahi in our rohe. These grants can help towards tertiary and vocational training costs. One of our amazing Maaori Health staff, Terijean Murray, received one of these grants towards her studies.
"This scholarship gave me the motivation and confidence to complete my studies at University of Auckland. It reduce the financial pressures on myself and whaanau. It has also allowed me to create and foster new relationships and networks within my community."
Applications are open until 18 October! For more information on how you can tap into these scholarships, check the Auckland Council website and click on your area: bit.ly...
