GOOD CITIZENS
I met Phil and Helen Greenbank on Puhinui Road. I have seen them number of times cleaning up rubbish on the streets, thrown by some people who don't care to keep NZ clean and Green.
I applaud this couple for going extra miles to beautify Papatoetoe and setting an example for all of us to do the same.
