Roof Repairer

Joanne from Mangere

Good afternoon,

I know its a bit later in the year to ask, but I'll ask hopefully for a response to the New Year.

Is anyone aware of any reputable and affordable Roof Repairers that do a good quality job.

My parents had been given the run around and then caused a considerable amount of damage to my parents family home roof.

We tried to take them to small claims court, and surprise they didn't answer any calls, or respond to any mail.

My parents only paid half the cost, but they were going to charge them over $5000.

We cannot claim for this due to faulty workmanship, but it has been stressing my dad out so much.

We just lost our mum end of June and dad has been asking for this to be done.

If anyone has any ideas and recommend or provide a good service it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much
Have a great Christmas.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
