Going for a easier run

Well my trainer told me to go for a time run I was doing a 30 minute run everyday but found it to be to much. So he advised I go for a distance run instead thinking it be easier. So now I go for a 30 meter run each day instead off a 30 minute run. He is right this is way easier. 😂
