Job seeker
I want to know from employers on here with the 100s of applications one is getting for a role advertised, what are the key things you are looking for in order for an application to stand out, or are you only viewing x amount and if you feel the right person is amongst that handful you aren't continuing? I have 20+ yrs of admin/accounts/cs experience and before Covid I would get so many interviews now im getting rejection after rejection. Any tips would really help.
Those on here who know me, know that I had a baby in March so from Nov - now ive been on PPL / unemployed, so theres a gap in my CV.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
