Fresh bay leaves
I have just had to prune our bay tree & don’t want the leaves to go to waste. If you would like some please message me & I’ll let you know where to collect them from in Mangere Bridge. Very easy to dry the leaves & store ready to cook with, or you can use them fresh. I’ll separate them into smaller branches ready to go.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
