Space sessions at Papatoetoe Playcentre
Papatoetoe Playcentre is excited to offer Space in Term 4.
At Space you and your baby will connect with other new parents & their babies as you explore parenting & children's development in a safe, facilitated environment. Your Space group will meet weekly, giving you & your baby the chance to make real connections during your baby's first year. You will discover ways to support & extend your baby's learning & development, including ideas & opportunities for play experiences at home. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
