Teddy Bears
I put a Teddy Bear in my window 3 weeks ago because we were told to do it for children and today I found out why. A Father pushing a Pushchair with a Baby in it and a little girl walking with him and she saw MY Teddy Bear and was DADDY DADDY I found a Teddy Bear and it has made it worth while just to see the look on that little girls face that she had found a Teddy Bear. Come on Papatoetoe more Teddy bear's in windows so like kids can find them. Makes the walks much more fun for them and Mummy and Daddy

Mainly Music (Sing & Sign) at Elevate is for whānau with disabilities and tamariki with disabilities. Come join us and have fun learning and singing with your pēpi (baby) and tamariki (child).
Begins 9 February 2026. Monday each week during the school term at 10:00am, followed by morning tea and play time at Elevate Christian Disability Trust, 173 Mt Smart Rd, Onehunga, Auckland.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
