Have you ever wanted to get closer to our exhibitions, collections and give back to the people of Auckland? Becoming a Weekend Information Desk Volunteer is a great way to get amongst it at Auckland Museum!

If you’re a friendly, helpful person who would enjoy helping visitors and you’ve got a knack for communicating clearly, we would love to hear from you. You’ll receive full workshop-based training to make sure you’re skilled to field questions and provide helpful information to Museum visitors.

We would love to hear from you if you have availability on Fridays and/or Mondays also. We are seeking people who are able to make a genuine, long-lasting commitment to being an Auckland Museum volunteer
