Fitness classes for men living with prostate cancer

The Team from Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand

The Prostate Cancer Foundation is pleased to announce that Prost-FIT, the programme designed specifically for men with prostate cancer at any stage of diagnosis and treatment, is coming to the Shane Cameron Fitness Centre in Northcote, Thursday 29 October.

The classes will run weekly (the first one is FREE) and are run by exercise professionals with a special interest in helping men with prostate cancer to live well, and experience the proven benefits of regular exercise.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

LOVELY CARER NEEDED😄 Possibly suited to student nurse/retired nurse

For my lovely 89yo mum. Mostly mornings 2-3 days per week. 8am - 12pm. Making her breakfast, mid morning snack & lunch. Light cooking & cleaning duties. Washing dishes, cleaning bathroom, keeping her room & lounge tidy. 😄No showering as she has home help doing that. Suited to someone who is quietly spoken, good SOH, & loves caring for the elderly. Mum loves ❤️ company , watching her Chinese TV. If you could help, that would be totally awesome & greatly appreciated. Both of my previous carers are overseas till early next year.
