America's Cup challenger's 23m yacht lands arrives in NZ on huge aircraft

Hi neighbours, A 23m yacht belonging to America’s Cup challenger American Magic has landed in Auckland onboard one of the world’s largest cargo airplanes.
The Ukrainian AN-124 Antonov Airlines aircraft transporting the boat touched down at Auckland Airport at 7.44am on Thursday. Richard Maher captured a video of the plane landing. Watch the video and find out more about the plane and the boat by clicking the link to Stuff's story below.

With the growth of our ageing population, and more seniors living alone, this group would explore and advocate/address the social, emotional and physical needs of our seniors, and promote positive and healthy ageing.


We meet on the first Saturday afternoon of the month in Mt. Roskill. Our next meeting will be 7 Mar 2026.
