Just cooking up some rhubarb, lemonbalm and apple (the first two ingredients are from my own garden), I don't know how it will turn out but probably good. 😃

Sharon from Te Atatu South

They were in my fridge and needed using up, so I chopped 'em up and am slow-cooking them/stewing them in the wok which I use for cooking everything (including marmalade! I clean it out well between uses though). I've stewed/boiled each of the three ingredients by themselves in the past and it turned out well, and a friend was stewing rhubarb and apple the other week, so thought I would do the same and use up what I had in my fridge! 😃 YES, I am cooking it with the lid on, but you can't see through the steamy lid so I took it off so you could see the individual ingredients! 😃 Enjoy!!!!!!!! 😃
