✨✨✨Happy New Year to one and all✨✨✨

Fiona from Henderson

Buh-bye and good riddance, 2020!
This last year was an absolute appealing year for so many of us.
So, for this up and coming new year, here's an idea that maybe you or your children could do.
Fill an empty clean jar with notes about good things that happen to you throughout the year.
Then on New Year's eve, open the jar and read all of those wonderful memories that happened to you over the last 12 months.
You'll be pleasantly surprised.
A new year is on the way and the possibilities are endless.
May your New Year be filled with love, laughter, peace and joy but above all that, may your New Year be filled with good health.
✨✨✨A very Happy New Year to one and all✨✨✨

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
