Exercycle

Vicki from Blockhouse Bay

This would be perfect for someone who needs an exercycle for recovery from hip or knee replacement. It is not in the best condition, has rust spots, is missing the battery cover and the bottom half of numbers on the display seem to be on the blink. But... it is super comfortable, folds in half for easy storage and moving, and has good range of resistance. So if your not concerned about aesthetics then this would be a great buy. I have upgraded to a proper spin bike that I can stand up on so this fella is now surplus to requirements. Pickup only from Blockhouse Bay

Price: $70

🌉🛶 Early Birds Might Crack This One First… or Not? 🥚🧠

The Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

A person is crossing a bridge and sees a boat full of people, yet there isn't a single person on board.
How is this possible?

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
