Fiery Skies Last Sunday?
Did anyone notice the fiery Yellow sky in West Auckland last Sunday? It looked like the whole sky on Yellow. Man I feel for the people in Australia who are putting the fires out and their crew, on top of the people in Victoria who are still getting out of the area in Australia.
Please keep them on your hearts and prayers at this moment while the people are having to evacuate their own houses and livelihoods.
Here is just a picture showing the firey sky on Sunday:

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
