Hi neighbours, Auckland is set to get another upmarket dormitory-style "co-living" house for adults where residents pay up to $360 to rent a room and share communal facilities like the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas with 21 neighbours. The Coh, a luxury boarding house, has been so popular since opening on Symonds St on July 22 that its owner is planning to open another. What do you think of the co-living concept? Would you try it? Amazingly quiet night in Green Bay
All the Best for the New Year! The last few years they started banging days earlier already, but this year it was amazingly quiet. Now either people suddenly got smart and care about animals and the environment (which I don’t believe for a second) or it’s the clearest sign of the Cost of Living Crisis we are in. I’m just glad I can make a damn fine bread for under a dollar.
