We have been using this skin doctor for years nw for eczema conditions mostly. I have found that the service from reception is unprofessional and unhelpful. The doctors are okay at times but sometimes are rude even to the kids. Because it is like an ‘A&E’ the charges are high. They even charge $5 each for mixing the free creams you get from the pharmacy next door.
This medical centre is the Mount Wellington Health Centre.
I have found that a lot of people have been complaining but still no changes have been made.
The clients here are mostly Pacific Islanders because of the common eczema conditions and other skin defects..
Where can I make complaints about doctors and practices??
Can someone recommend a similar doctor?

Jon Smith from Matter Architects came up with the idea as a way of preserving the heritage-protected character of their Auckland villa - and it's given us a serious case of garage envy!

North Shore residents were 'bemused' by the introduction of the black and yellow OnzO bikes to their area. Have you used an OnzO bike? What are your thoughts on the scheme?
