Hi there,
I know that many parents are concerned about the effects of excessive screen time on children. In my private practice (based in Browns Bay), this is the issue that parents are asking about most often.
So I decided to look into the research to learn more about the psychological and physical effects of excessive screen time. I'm now ready to share this information with parents, teachers and community groups, including strategies to help parents navigate the tricky screen time issue at home.
If you'd like to arrange an event, I'm offering a free 1hr. presentation (including Q&A) during February and March - thereafter fee negotiable.
