"West and Northwest Auckland’s new bus network is easier, more frequent and better connected.

You can cruise to town on the WX1, running every 10 mins from 7am-7pm, and every 15 mins till midnight, 7 days a week. Or catch the mighty bus route 13 running between Te Atatū & Henderson every 8-15 mins throughout the day. With more services, stops & connections, now it’s easy to get around the West by bus.

So go on Westies, give your buses a go. Find your bus with the AT Journey Planner or on the AT Mobile app.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
