Wisdom or worry, what's better?
Stress tends to build up during the day. When it's time to go to bed, your mind is probably racing, and you're probably thinking about tomorrow's to-do list while trying to keep track of everything.
You may shift your focus away from your current situation by immersing yourself in a good book. According to one study, reading for six minutes can reduce stress by up to 68 percent.
