LITTLE OLD LADY RIPPED OFF????

Linda from Henderson

Hi everybody,
I have just had a reply from Trademe on this matter.
In several paragraphs what they said in essence was; "Sort it out yourselves, we don't like to get involved. Go to Citizen's Advice Bureau to find out your rights"
I am very disappointed with this response. They are very happy to take their rather exorbitant selling fee out, but obviously not so keen to help when necessary. Possibly this is because I read in the paper that some company has made an offer for Trademe.
Thanks very much for all your suggestions and comments.

Poll: Should you ask before planting tall shrubs/trees near your property line?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It may be fine now but in a few years trees can block out light or views for neighbours.

Do you think neighbours should ask before they go ahead and plant these?
