My delightful colleague is on the hunt for a local granny flat to live in with her husband. They are a lovely couple and extremely tidy and respectful. You will not want them to leave! Seeking long term accommodation, 1 year plus. Would like a place with one bedroom, living space, cooking utilities, a bathroom and preferably laundry use.
