Bad bus driver/s
On my way home tonight I had an encounter with 2 buses racing up Pakuranga Highway.
The incident occurred at around 6:20pm with 2 Howick and Eastern buses racing each other up Pakuranga H'way at speeds of around 80km/h. This happened during peak hour, between the Highland Park center and Cascades Road, heading toward Pakuranga Plaza.
The obvious disregard of the road rules and the fact that pedestrians and drivers are out to unnecessary risk is absolutely unacceptable.
Has anyone else had such encounters? Do the speed limits and road rules not apply to the bus services? And..How do we go about reporting and preventing this happening in our neighbourhood?

To our neighbours of Curacao Plce &all you doggie acquaintances I have got to know during my walks with my dog around the area ,this is to let you know that our dear dog and companion BB passed away peacefully on friday afternoon .I'll still be taking the odd walk so keep in contact as will still be carrying a few doggy treats around. J G
