BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE | WEDNESDAY EVENINGS IN GREY LYNN FROM 19 MAY
Our Introduction to Yoga courses take you through the fundamentals of the practice in structured weekly classes with a focus on Asana (the physical postures) and Pranayama (the breath).
This six-week course is great if you are brand new to yoga or for anyone wanting to refresh their knowledge of the main principles of yoga and ease back into the practice after a time away.
You'll gain the necessary knowledge and confidence to show up to a studio class, learn how the breath has the potency to influence your state of mind, and begin the process of applying these teachings to your every day life, helping you to live with more flexibility, strength, and ease.
