Let's exercise like it's April 2020
Lockdown highlighted for me the mental and physical benefits of exercise. I'm hoping I remember the lesson and continue to prioritise staying physically active as life fills up again.
I mainly potter around behind the scenes at Dance Domain, but Alert Level 3 saw me brush the dust of my ballet gear and dance in our live-streamed classes 5 days a week (ouch!).
The goal for the rest of 2020? Keep the dust off the leotards. Keep dancing. Keep happy and healthy and fit.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
