8 weeks advanced Tantra Yoga & Meditation session from 15th January, 2020

Hi, I will start the Advanced Tantra yoga course from 15th January 2020 (every Wednesday) from 6pm to 8pm at 51 Sussex St. Grey Lynn, Auckland by a trained Yogic monk from India with 32 years of experience. We do not teach class to make money but to help our neighbors for a sound health and mind free from disease. You will get special instruction for the diseases like diabetes, heart problem, dyspepsia, Gastric ulcer, Acidity, blood pressure, cancer etc. It will be included what Yoga postures you have to do in the morning and in the evening? what kind of food should be taken? and also Dos and don'ts for a particular disease. Prevention is better than cure. Even you are not sick, still you can follow these as a preventive measure. If you are interested please book in advance since there are limited capacity in our center.
