Come join a relaxed bunch of local residents and workers and learn the was of this ancient form of meditation and movement. Covering all three bases of mind, body and soul. Thursdays at the Ellen Melville Centre on Freyberg Place, High St, 5.30 - 6.30pm in the main hall (left hand stairwell) for 10 weeks, $120.00 for the term.

For some, online booking is very convenient, you can make an appointment anytime without needing to wait on the phone. Others still prefer calling the clinic and speaking to a real person, especially if they have specific questions about their visit.
