Come and try mindfulness with a small group for a gentle session of ease and peace tomorrow.
Did you know that daily meditation helps your nervous system reset? It can decrease anxiety, improve cognitive functioning, decrease negative mood and anxiety and improve attention and memory.
The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation.
Meadowbank Community Centre on Monday 15th of July 1 - 2.15pm.
