I have a lounge sofa and matching lounge seat for sale. It has been carefully looked after all these years as only myself as a mature male has lived here and therefore has not been subjected to any children or pets.
This furniture is available for pick up and I feel a fair price is $150 collectively for both items. There are many more years of use left with these items of furniture.
I live on the border of Remuera and Ellerslie.

Price: $150

Applying moisturizer before bed allows three things to happen:
1. Rest for your face
2. Repair from the activities you do throughout the day
3. Minimize the effects of ageing

A nighttime moisturizing lotion with retinoids is an excellent choice for almost any age. Retinoids clear the pores, preventing acne from growing and helping to heal persistent acne problems as well.

Kia ora neighbours, one year since the body of a newborn girl was found among piles of rubbish at an Auckland recycling plant, police are working to give her a community funeral.

The baby, who remains unidentified, was found on August 16, 2021, at Visy recycling facility in Onehunga.

Community leaders named her Anahera, which means Angel, after news of the find was made public.

Several items of both baby and adult clothing were found in a blue plastic bag near baby Anahera, including a Winnie the Pooh onesie, women’s belts and a sequined skirt that appeared to have been cut up.

Detective inspector Scott Beard said police had been unable to find a link or connection between the baby and the clothes in the plastic bag.

“She’s been waiting in the mortuary for the last year,” he said.

“We’re working with the coroner’s office to have her released. If we do get approval for that we’ll be able to arrange a community service for her.”'
