Meet Our Team!

Jess and Scott Macdonald from Link Health and Fitness

Jess is one of our physiotherapists, she is also our clinical pilates instructor and she has a post-grad certificate in acupuncture. She loves working holistically and will mix and match her skills to develop a personalised fitness or injury management plan for you.

Scott is our other physio. In addition to treating muscluoskeletal injuries, he is our resident vestibular physiotherapist (vertigo and dizziness treatment). He has a background in gym training, triathlon, including swim coaching, bike fits and running. He can help you optimise your injury recovery or health goals.

Natalie is our REPS registered PT. She is awesome and with 20 years experience, she delivers results for clients of all ages and life stages. She is a mum, a keen cross-fitter and soon to be pilates instructor. Book for a session with Natalie to jump-start your health journey!
