The programme helped him explore different career paths and Ethan became one of the top graduates from his cohort. The Foundation took the opportunity to hire him and he now helps other young people involved in the programme on their career journeys.

We are currently looking for 100 refugee/migrants to participate in our FREE employment transition service, this will involve a one on one meeting to develop an employment pathway plan and can include assistance with CV's interview preparation, referrals for driver licences and classes on NZ employment law and workplace norms. Criteria is must live in Auckland, have been in NZ for less than 5 years and must be in receipt of assistance from Work and Income.
